Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Antananarivo (Tana)

You will arrive at Ivato International Airport (TNR) in Antananarivo, the capital of Madagascar. You will be greeted at the airport and transferred to your hotel in Tana. You will spend the night at your hotel, allowing you to rest after your journey.

You will be transferred to Ivato International Airport for your flight to Diego Suarez, a city located in the northern part of Madagascar. Upon your arrival at Diego Suarez airport (DIE), you will be met and transferred to Ramena, a coastal village known for its beautiful beaches. You will check into your hotel in Ramena and spend the night there.

You will embark on a tour of the “Three Bays” which are:

  • Sakalava Bay
  • Pigeons Bay
  • Dunes Bay

These bays are known for their magnificent landscapes, with beautiful beaches and unique rock formations. You will return to your hotel in Ramena for the night.

You will take a traditional pirogue (a Malagasy canoe) excursion on the Emerald Sea. The Emerald Sea is a shallow lagoon with turquoise waters. This will offer you the opportunity to see beautiful marine life and enjoy the magnificent coastal scenery. You will return to your hotel in Ramena for the night.

You will travel from Ramena to Joffre Ville, a town located near Montagne d’Ambre National Park. You will visit Montagne d’Ambre National Park, a lush rainforest known for its diverse wildlife, including lemurs, chameleons, and various bird species, as well as its waterfalls and volcanic lakes. You will spend the night near Joffre Ville.

You will travel from Joffre Ville to Tsingy Rouges. This is a place with unique red stone pinnacles formed by erosion. You will continue your journey to Ankarana National Park. You will settle into your accommodation near Ankarana. Overnight stay in Chettinad.

You will explore Ankarana National Park, famous for its “tsingy” (sharp limestone pinnacles), caves, and canyons. You can visit attractions like the “Perte de Rivière” and caves with stalactites and stalagmites. You will spend a second night near Ankarana National Park.

You will visit the Millot Plantation, known for its production of cocoa, vanilla, and other spices. After the plantation visit, you will be transferred by boat to Nosy Be, an island known for its beautiful beaches and relaxed atmosphere. You will check into a hotel in Nosy Be.

Relax and enjoy the beaches of Nosy Be. You can participate in various activities, such as snorkeling, scuba diving, island hopping, or simply relaxing on the beach.

You will be transferred to Nosy Be Fascene Airport (NOS) for your return flight to Antananarivo. From Antananarivo, you will depart.
